CAPACITY: 0.91 MGD
Construction of the project was completed in June 2009 and included replacement of the existing influent pumps with four (4) submersible pumps with capacity of 632 gpm @ 20' TDH each, installation of an influent flow meter, replacement of the existing comminutor with a mechanical fine screen unit, and construction of three (3) concrete aeration basins with fine bubble diffusers.
The project also included installation of tube settlers in one (1) secondary clarifier, construction of a Return Activated Sludge / Waste Activated Sludge pump station, conversion of three (3) existing aeration basins to aerobic digester basins with fine bubble diffusers, installation of three (3) blowers for the aerobic digesters, modifications to the existing chlorine contact basin, installation of several new flow meters, construction of a new garage/shop building, installation of a process
water pump station, installation of a process water pumping system and process water piping, miscellaneous structures, associated piping, and electrical equipment.
